MRP Training Solutions, Inc. (MRP), a service disabled veteran owned small business specializing in delivering technical training to the Navy announced today that it has entered into a teaming agreement with Armed Forces Services Corporation (AFSC), a provider of management consulting and program delivery to many of the most vital government programs serving the military community. The agreement will enable MRP to leverage AFSC’s program management expertise and corporate infrastructure to deliver training solutions to the U.S. Navy
“We are pleased to partner with AFSC to provide training to the Information Professional Officer community. We feel that we have the expertise to provide the technical training and AFSC has the program management experience,” said Dan Smith, MRP’s senior Technical Instructor. “We believe that this agreement will create a unique, one-stop training resource to meet the demanding requirements of the Center for Information Dominance in providing quality training.”
AFSC is headquartered in Arlington, Virginia with employees spread across 40 States, and several countries. Their workforce is one-third veterans, one-third military families, and one-third civilians. In addition to their own staff, they manage a smaller team of a few hundred subcontractors. In today’s era of hyper-specialization, they often build teams including other expert partners, such as in this agreement with MRP.
