Past Performance (Course Development)
MRP Training Solutions continues to be the Navy’s foremost Global Command and Control Systems – Maritime (GCCS-M) training partner. For over twenty-six years, MRP Training Solutions designed, developed, delivered, and maintained the Navy’s three intermediate and advanced GCCS-M training courses: OTH-T C4I (K-2G-0127); C4I System Engineering (K-121-0181); and COP Advanced (A-2G-0017). In 2005, MRP Training Solutions was the Navy’s choice to design, develop, and deliver the Navy’s Tactical Tomahawk Weapon Systems Engineering course (K-221-0165). Once again in 2007, MRP Training Solutions was the Navy’s choice to design, develop, and deliver the Common Tactical Picture – Team Trainer (CTP-TT) course. With over 750 one-week convening's and thousands of students trained, these five courses remain the Navy’s cornerstones of GCCS-M and Tomahawk intermediate and advanced training.
Past Performance (Navy C4I Technical Support)
MRP Training Solutions was instrumental in the design, implementation, and administration of the US Navy’s Integrated Battle Force Training Centers (IBFTC). IBFTCs consisted of classrooms and computer labs that were reconfigurable and multipurpose. They were designed to support delivery of various levels of Command, Control, Communications, Computers, and Intelligence (C4I) training from Fleet Introductory Training (FIT), systems delivered by the Systems Commands (SYSCOMS), to supporting new systems training. There were seven centers located around the world in the Navy’s fleet concentration areas. The IBFTCs – later renamed to Center for Information Dominance Learning Sites – enabled the Navy to train its sailors in the sailor’s own homeport. MRP Training Solutions continued to provide technical and administrative support for all IBFTCs until their disestablishment in 2017.
Past Performance (IT-21 For Managers)
In 2001, MRP Training Solutions was chosen to design, develop and deliver an information technology course targeted for Navy senior leadership personnel. The course was named “Information Technology for the Twenty-First Century for Managers” or simply “IT-21 for Managers.” The course consisted of three days of classroom lecture covering all of the technology that was being fielded under the Navy’s IT-21 initiative. The Navy’s IT-21 initiative accelerated the fielding of Internet technologies that enabled ships at sea to communicate across all of the Defense Information Systems Agency intranets (i.e. NIPRNET, SIPRNET, and JWICS). MRP Training Solutions taught 73 standalone convening’s and 1460 students before rolling the course material up into the third week of the Information Communications Managers Course (ICMC).
