Navy Command, Control, Communications, Computers and Intelligence (C4I) consist of policies, procedures, and systems that allow the Navy to conduct command and control using computer systems that are interconnected via different communications links for the purpose of sharing operational intelligence.
One important capability that Navy C4I systems provide commanders is situational awareness--information about the location and status of enemy and friendly forces. The Global Command and Control System (GCCS) is the Department of Defense’s current command and control system that provides warfighters with the capability of producing and managing a theater wide Common Operational Picture (COP). GCCS-M (Maritime) is the Navy’s implementation of GCCS.
MRP Training Solutions Inc. specializes in delivering efficient, cost-effective, and repeatable training solutions for Navy C4I systems.
