Nearly 20 years ago, Andrew Hayes began his career with this company as the Course Manager and Senior Instructor for the Information and Communications Managers Course (ICMC). Prior to MRP, Andrew served as Chief Technology Officer for Speedband/HWCI, a Los Angeles-based broadband internet service provider and wireless engineering services company, where he was responsible for overseeing technical operations and customer service. He retired from the Navy after serving 20 years, four of which were as an instructor. He was also a technical advisor to the Saudi Navy.

He is an attorney practicing primarily corporate formation, capitalization, and compliance and is admitted to the California Bar. In addition to a Doctorate of Jurisprudence, he earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. He is currently enrolled in an Online Education certificate program with University of California-San Diego Extension.
