Working in San Diego, Dave is MRP’s Sea-Launched Attack Missile Exercises (SLAMEX) and Fleet Synthetic Training (FST) exercise coordinator in support of Tactical Training Group Pacific (TTGP). He helps coordinate all aspects of SLAMEX and FST exercises including, scenario development, system engineering and administration, and exercise execution services. As a recognized expert in strike warfare, Dave has contributed to numerous Tomahawk weapons system development projects in partnership with PMA-280 and PMA-281. As a retired Tomahawk Fire Controlman, he has extensive experience in Joint Fires and C4I at the Unit, Tactical, and Operational Level. He is a recognized expert in TLAM operations, training and scenario development.

Dave has a Bachelor’s of Science in Information Systems.
