As MRP’s e-Learning Content Manager, Heather is leading our push into the eLearning arena.  A U. S. Navy veteran, she was an instructor at Fleet Combat Training Center, Pacific where she taught GCCS-COP/M and C4I-IT21 and was the course manager for GCCS-COP/M.  While there, she earned her Master Training Specialist designation and was selected as Officer Instructor of the Year.  She also served on Commander Amphibious Squadron ONE staff where she had a successful tour as Staff Plans and Schedules Officer for the USS PELELIU Amphibious Readiness Group.  She graduated from various Navy Courses including Information System Officer, Communications Officer Afloat, EKMS Manager, and Naval Tactical Command System Afloat Manager while on active duty.  Since leaving the Navy, she focused her skills on teaching the youth of the community essential life skills through various Boy Scouts of America programs.  The past 7 years, she has been a highly regarded youth and master’s swim coach, having motivated and inspired hundreds of swimmers and coaches throughout the county.
