Based in San Diego as Common Tactical Picture Team Training subject matter expert, John is a retired Operations Specialist with more than 10 years’ experience in Command, Control, Communications, Computers, and Intelligence. He has extensive knowledge in Global Command and Control System Maritime/Joint (GCCS-M/J) and Database Management roles (Force/Unit) levels. His experience with Tactical Data Links and Fleet Synthetic Training makes him an asset to our team. He served in a variety of commands including a Carrier Strike Group staff, Special Warfare team, Type Commander, Afloat Training Group, and afloat units.

John is a certified Afloat Training Specialist.
