Based in San Diego as a Master Technical Instructor, Steve also oversees development of all new courses and training products.  He is the Project Manager for MRP’s In-Depth Training Series, a new initiative to provide technical training directly to government and industry learners. He is considered by his peers to be one of the most knowledgeable Navy Command and Control, Computers, Communications, Combat Systems and Intelligence (C5I) systems subject matter experts in the industry. As MRP’s longest serving employee, having been with MRP for over 20 years, Steve has nearly 30 years of instructor and instructional systems design experience and has authored five Navy C4I training courses.

Steve is a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer and Cisco Certified Networking Associate.
